Vizu Mega Fries Topper
The Mega Fries Topper is design to fit on top of the Adande Under-counter Freezer (VCR). Chips may be taken from cold storage below, fried and then transferred to the preparation area of the Mega Fries Topper, where they are salted and bagged.
The unit boasts 4 powerful jacketed halogen lamps and under pan heating to ensure that the chips are kept in optimum condition whilst they are stored, bagged and ready for delivery. Below the heated section the unit has storage for packaging and a salt shaker.
