Vizu Gastro Warmer
The Vizu Gastro Warmer Drawer is a multi-option product, it can be sold as a stand-alone hot drawer unit or be incorporated into ‘Vizu Fast Serv’ modules (see VI600GW(2)). The unit is designed to hold a variety of cooked foods safely in a temperature controlled, humid environment – to be used only to maintain temperature.
Two digital displays show countdown timer with 90 minute countdown timer and audible alarm to let you know when you should remove the product, as well as an internal temperature read out. The unit fits a standard 1/1 150mm deep gastronorm pan, or can also fit 3 x polycarbonate 1/3 pan and drainer.
