Vizu 700 Pass Through Economy

The Vizu 700 Pass Through Economy is an alternative version to the Vizu 700 Pass Through Multi Stack, removing the water tank and wrap stand to reduce cost and making the product more affordable to busy restaurants that wants to hold and display cooked foods, without having to spend too much on unnecessary functions.

All whilst retaining its function of loading cooked foods from the rear and serving from the front at the correct temperature temperature and humidity, which is essential to retain the moisture in products such as chicken, meat and bread/pastry products etc. The internal multi stacked racks allow for maximum product storage location which increases the ease of working with FIFO (First In First Out) and allowing proper air flow around the product.

8 x 1/1 gastronorm sized racks
Variable digital thermostat control with illuminated interior
No fan to fail – unit uses convection to circulate humidity
Controls on top instead of bottom.
Water tank and wrap stand had been removed to reduce cost.
